“Rita” is a very personal wine for Mylène named after her grandmother. The wine is stored in steel tanks between 15-18 months. The vines are 60 years old, which helps to give the wine a very complex character. Rita has aromas and flavors of cranberries, raspberries, liquorice, spices and minerals.

Rita can easily be enjoyed alone or with meals such as fresh tagliatelle with grated beef sauce, grilled entrecote, cuttlefish ink risotto, veal, chicken dishes or chocolate desserts.

Domaine Mylène Bru started in 2008, when Mylène Bru bought 4 hectares of vines. Here she stood without water, electricity and had overall very difficult conditions for producing wine. Mylène is a trained oenologist, and she really knows what she is doing. Her wines are not experiments she sends to the market. Everything is done deliberately. She produces top natural wines with a fascinating personality and passion. Mylène’s wines express nature, authenticity, daring and honesty. Her wines are enjoyed at several Michelin restaurants in France, and the French icon actress Catherine Deneuve is among Mylène’s fans.
