“Haïma” (the juice of the earth in ancient Greek). The wine has a nice ruby red color with an elegant nose of red berries. Slim and lively with good intensity and long aftertaste. Served best at 14-16 degrees and should be opened one hour in advance. The wine has no added sulphur.

Haïma goes well with light dishes, white meat, poultry, but also chocolate-based desserts.

Burckel Jung has been producing wines with great respect for nature since 1802 (8th generation) and is today certified organic and biodynamic. Burckel Jung also has a tourist activity called “Les plantes Sauvages et les Vignes”, which is classified as “ecotourism” in the Grand Est region. Like the family, Burckel Jung’s wines have a strong personality with a unique character that reflects the intense work of 8 generations in developing and producing quality wines.
