Muscat
Alsace

ORGANIC & BIODYNAMIC. Vegan-friendly

 Area: Gertwiller, Alsace

Grape: 100% Muscat (harvested by hand)

Alcohol: 12% VOL.

The yellow label weakly shows a crescent moon, symbolizing that work is done in harmony with the lunar calendar. Yellow symbolizes the characteristics of the wine, which are optimism, joy of life, warmth, and light.

Muscat is often perceived as a sweet wine, but not in this case. The wine has a light-yellow color with aromas of fresh fruit and pleasant floral notes. A crisp and refreshing wine.

The wine is good as an apéritif, for grilled fish, vegetables, and vegetarian dishes. Muscat also goes great for asparagus
