”Far-Ouest” as a name combines English and French and means “The Wild West”, inspired by Mylène’s fascination of film and of Clint Eastwood’s iconic film “The Good, The Bad and The Ugly”.
Elegant marriage of the grapes: Grenache, Carignan, Syrah, Cinsault.
Nose: warm notes of spices, mint and pepper with a touch of wild and racy, on the palate it is very fresh with well-integrated tannins. Long finish.
