A very elegant and tasty rosé wine from the Côtes de Provence. The wine has a fresh inviting bouquet of roses, cherries and citrus mixed with a touch of peach and apricot. A real gourmet rosé.
The wine is good as an apéritif or grilled fish and Asian dishes.
Château des Garcinières dates to 1748 and is in the village of Cogolin in Saint Tropez. You are not in doubt when you reach the castle as the road and driveway look majestic with its large 300 years old trees. Since 1898, the Valentin family has owned the vineyard (4 generations). In the past, Cistercian monks had a history on this property. The Valentin family is deeply attached to the traditions that their ancestors made use of.
