Alcohol: 14% VOL.

A successful wine that is ideal for celebrating everything from small to large events. The wine is stored for 1 year in steel tanks. Capucine has a fresh taste of red and dark berries, which develops into more spicy notes.

The wine goes well with vegetables, poultry, chacuterie and pasta dishes.

 Artisans Partisans is a team from Domaine Ollieux Romanis (overall there are three properties) that have joined forces for one purpose: To produce good and pure wine!

Their philosophy is to work with the terroir – and thus take care of nature, the vines and not least do what is best for the environment. They go to great lengths to invest in the right equipment to produce proper and tasty wine. The vinification area has been newly decorated with new technical equipment, which raises the quality level to a new standard. The hygiene is top notch!

They strive to offer the best wines from selected varieties, without harming the environment. A very sympathetic approach, which also makes their wines taste even better.
