This violet label faintly shows a crescent moon, symbolizing that work is done in harmony with the lunar calendar. Violet symbolizes the characteristics of the wine, which are mystery, magic, spirituality, and elegance.
Around the year 1565, vines were sourced from the city of Tokaj in Hungary. Before 1870 it was called “Grauer Tokayer”. Then the name became Tokay Gris, Tokay d’Alsace, Tokay Pinot Gris and finally since April 1, 2007, Pinot Gris.
The wine has a golden yellow color with pink tones. Complex woody aromas with notes of apricot. Round, light, soft and very fresh.
The wine goes well as an apéritif, for Foie Gras, white and red meat. The wine also goes well with exotic dishes or sweet and spicy combinations.
