Alcohol: 13% VOL.

“Rêve’olution” (Rêve means dream in French) is an exclusive Crémant, often referred to as Champagne in blind tastings. 36 months before release, and has an aromatic floral nose combined with green fruits and brioche. Very fine bubbles that give energy to the floral and brioche-embossed notes. Rêve’olution is extra brut.

Rêve’olution is good as an apéritif or for seafood, cheeses, and desserts.

Burckel Jung has been producing wines with great respect for nature since 1802 (8th generation) and is today certified organic and biodynamic.
