“Zingara” is a white wine of 100% Marsanne grapes from 50 years + old vines. It is originally a real Rhône grape, which has now been grown in the Languedoc for more than 60 years. The wine is stored for 5 months in steel tanks and has a light and golden color. Zingara is round with notes of peach, apricot, elderflower and wilds herbs. Long aftertaste and soft freshness with notes of almond and honey.
Zingara can be enjoyed alone or with salads, asparagus, seafood, sushi, or light meats.
Domaine Mylène Bru started in 2008, when Mylène Bru bought 4 hectares of vines. Here she stood without water, electricity and had overall very difficult conditions for producing wine. Mylène is a trained oenologist, and she really knows what she is doing. Her wines are not experiments she sends to the market. Everything is done deliberately. She produces top natural wines with a fascinating personality and passion. Mylène’s wines express nature, authenticity, daring and honesty. Her wines are enjoyed at several Michelin restaurants in France, and the French icon actress Catherine Deneuve is among Mylène’s fans.
